Bridgette is a proud Morrinsville local, born and raised in the community she is passionate about serving. She completed her BHSc (Physiotherapy) at AUT in 2015, followed by postgraduate training in Orthopaedic and Manual Therapy (2017) and Western Acupuncture (2018).
With over a decade of experience in private practice physiotherapy, Bridgette has recently returned home after three years living and working in Cardiff, Wales. She is excited to bring her knowledge, experience, and hometown connection back to the people of Morrinsville.
Her strong sporting background—having competed nationally in swimming and representing Waikato in rugby, football, and basketball—fuels her passion for sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has also worked with high-performance teams including the University of Waikato Women’s Rugby, St Paul’s Collegiate 1st XV, and the New Zealand U17 Harlequins.
Bridgette has particular expertise in:
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Concussion rehabilitation
• BPPV treatment
• ACL return-to-sport testing
• Joint intervention and osteoarthritis programmes
Bridgette’s return is a huge asset to the region, and we’re proud to offer her expertise to our patients.
